Thank you all for the suggestions.

Those two files are empty(*). So, I do not use DHCP (where to I get IP
address then?).

I tested connetivity with ndb/dnsquery. It worked yesterday, but not today.
That could mean that I have no network.
Any alternative way to test if there is a network?
