@Gottox It enables the usage of Mesh Networking [IEEE 802.11s](https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/network/wifi/mesh/80211s) which is better than Ad-Hoc/IBSS-Mode and used by [FunkFeuer](https://wiki.funkfeuer.at/wiki/802.11s), [Freifunk](https://freifunk.net) together with OLSR or B.A.T.M.A.N.
