[WIP] icecat: update to 78.4.0

Description:
Currently does not cross compile.
~~And even worse: x86_64 segfaults at startup.~~
Removing the old `$HOME/.mozilla/icecat` directory makes the segfault go away so it's something with old vs. new config files.
