`gnutls-cli  some-old-tls-server`
successfull output

### Actual behaviour

`gnutls-cli  some-old-tls-server`
output with error `*** Fatal error: The encryption algorithm is not supported.`

### Steps to reproduce

gnutls-cli  old-tls-server
output with error *** Fatal error: The encryption algorithm is not supported.
