They'd > just use our addresses. ;) after a quick few words with andrey we agreed that either: - killing the newsgroup, because it leaks info - mangling the addresses, by the news/mail gateway would raise the bar a bit. subscription should be done in some sort of style where it has to be a human who's doing it (i'm sure you've all seen the 'type characters in this image' subscription tactic). machine subscription should be eliminated. but, as we thrashed to death about a year back, we need new protocols.
