there is a difference between tvx and what I have been calling tvx-root.
The former is a package containing 9vx, the Tvx wrapper and a couple of
other things. the tvx-root is the plan 9 root file system. They are
separated so that 9vx can be updated and distributed without the user
having to re-download the entire plan9 file system (which is a difference
of a few MB and 80+MB. tvxroot (and I am OK with that name) should be a
once-only operation, and the user can either upload the latest tvxsrc, or
use pull to update and rebuild live. As a note, the only problem I have
with tvxsrc is that the name implies that it is 9vx/Tvx's src and not
plan9's source.
