I looked at the thread this morning with the idea that while I may not join in it could be very interesting to follow further, but after this post? Ugh! Read on. It's precisely the kind of thinking that wants to include stuff for other people that leads to problems. You want to be select about the technologies you incorporate into Plan X? Well, Linus Torvalds and the Linux kernel team are very careful about what they put into their kernel.
