Hello
your panic is due (may be) to aux/vga. It does'nt have driver to your card.
R31 have a radeon mobility isn't it?
you need to patch your kernel with radeon support, search 9fans archives for
radeon support.
i hope that help you.
PS: i haven't ipaq, but you should be able to run most of applications.
