If I modify by hand the .toc file, I can generate a tableofcontents which is

Instead of appearing
sección
appears
secci\utcnt =`^^b3\advance \utcnt by -"80\relax \`An
which seems part of the code to deal with unicode characters in unicode...sty.
Suggestions?.
