I finally debugged the problem: The _conform.map has filenames starting
with Fxxxxxxxxx and Dxxxxxxxxxx
The distribution filenames are all lowercase (eg, fxxxxxxxx and dxxxxxxxxxxx)
Just edit _conform.map and change all uppercase F and D's to lowercase.
It works just fine.
