 The subscription address for the rc mailing list is *NOT*
'rc@archone.tamu.edu'; that is an obsolete address for the
list itself. The subscription address for the rc mailing list
is 'rc-request@hawkwind.utcs.toronto.edu'.

 I am unhappy about this mistake.
