Anyone know the official cookies for telling mime to use utf-8? I use Content-Type: text/plain; charset=unicode-1-1-utf-8 which is most `official' charset tag I have seen, however, I'm not sure it's registered so perhaps it should be X-unicode-1-1-utf-8. Unfortunately I can't remember where I picked this up now. I'll have a scout around. Matty.
