I live in Germany and ordered the Plan 9 Book+CD-ROM-Set through
HCB's international phone number as given in the WWW page. This was
early in August, my order was shipped on August 11-th, and arrived
on August 15-th. The price was $350 as announced in the WWW page,
so the parcel contained no final invoice. Because of that I cannot
cannot tell exactly how much will be charged for postage, but for
"rushed delivery" I expect $30 - $50.
BTW: The woman at HCB was helpful and friendly. She knew of the
Plan 9 Book+CD-ROM-Set before I had given her the ISBN. My poor English
(esp. when spoken) was sufficient and there was no need for a written
or faxed order (some German companies do not accept phone orders when
you don't already have a customer ID).
