I live in Germany and ordered the Plan 9 Book+CD-ROM-Set through HCB's international phone number as given in the WWW page. This was early in August, my order was shipped on August 11-th, and arrived on August 15-th. The price was $350 as announced in the WWW page, so the parcel contained no final invoice. Because of that I cannot cannot tell exactly how much will be charged for postage, but for "rushed delivery" I expect $30 - $50. BTW: The woman at HCB was helpful and friendly. She knew of the Plan 9 Book+CD-ROM-Set before I had given her the ISBN. My poor English (esp. when spoken) was sufficient and there was no need for a written or faxed order (some German companies do not accept phone orders when you don't already have a customer ID). --Martin
