note that this isn't in termrc as distributed because in a plan 9 network
terminals are single-user and don't normally act as servers for Internet
services such as ftp or telnet. cpu servers are multi-user, are intended
to supply those services subject to appropriate authentication, and /rc/bin/cpurc
does include appropriate aux/listen lines.
there's nothing to stop you from adding it, of course, but i thought
i'd point out that i believe the omission is intentional, and adding that line
isn't a required step in `setting up IP'.
