A lot of people are recommending FIPS but I think that is a FAT only
utility. It won't do anything for your HPFS volumes.

I'd suggest getting the program "Partition Magic" which is available
in OS/2+DOS and Windows+DOS packages. It can resize your FAT and HPFS
partitions all without loosing any data (backup first of course!). It
can convert FAT to HPFS but not the other way around, so you can't
just convert one of your HPFS partitions...

However, what you can do is shrink one of the partitions higher up,
and then move other partitions up. Then with the free space adjacent
to your 11mb C: drive expand it to whatever size you want to include
the free space.

The only real drawback is that Partition Magic is not free (unlike
FIPS).
