Topicbox-Message-UUID: 216b107e-eac8-11e9-9e20-41e7f4b1d025 Message-ID: <19950907143947.T3ns8pmuYkIZq_co6-Ty57CcGr2bGFk2_rJm7vfObNs@z> I installed ftp version of Plan 9 on my 486ISA + AHA1542B machine, and still have problem to read CDROM. I tried three kinds of CDROM drives, Sony CDU-561, Chinon CDS-535 and Chinon CDS-431. At the booting Plan 9, while in the CGA mode, it reports us the detected scsi devices, such as scsi0: cap 415436 sec 512 scsi6: cap 322258 sec 2048 in my case. However, I can get the second line only for CDS-431. Are there any compatibility list of this kinds? kenji
