I must apologize for my confusion of the model number which was Chinon's
CDA-535 (not CDS) for MacIntosh. The Snoy's CDU-561 was also slod as for
Mac. So, I may be encountering a conflict between CDROMs for Mac and for
PC. Is it right?

PS. Chinon's CDS-431 is for PC, which is now functioning by your advice.
