I've been too busy to do this myself. Forsyth has offered to get it
ready for distribution, and I have agreed to this.
Only trouble now is that upas, as distributed, barfs on large messages
received via smtp, so I haven't actually got the bundle through to him yet.
If you set up Plan 9 as a mail server, you need to do a "chmod 777 /mail/tmp"
to stop this from happening.
