It shouldn't be there. It's for the PLANET fiber network on Brazil.

In the PC distribution, /lib/namespace has:
bind -a #F /net
I could not find #F documented in section 3 of the manual, and
/lib/namespace on the cdrom does not include this line. What is #F?
