Not me. Ordering (from Germany through HC&B's international number) was a
pleasure, esp. for me as a non-native speaker of the English language.
There was no need to mention the ISBN, the lady at the phone knew about
Plan 9. The parcel arrived some few days after my order, charge for
overseas postage was adequate.
