This is solved.

The plan9.ini on the fs booting floppy has had wrong entry for aha1542,
that is,

        scsi0:type=aha1542 port=0x334,
where this line should be
        scsi0:type=aha1542 port=0x330.
                                    ^
I forgot this should be ascribed to my fault, or installer (9dos
for fs), although I'd like to believe I did well....
