Has anyone else noticed that the Page UP key on PC's doesn't
do the right thing. On Unix utilities like 9term and wily, the
Page Up key goes back a page. On Plan9, sam, acme and 8 1/2 enter
a funny character in the file. Obviously, something is wrong
with the PC keyboard driver or the Unix versions are just better ;-)
