There is a file descriptor leak in seemail, which causes there to
be a complete absence of any faces after we run out of file
descriptors. The names and times still appear, but the area where
the face should be is blank.
Here is a diff which plugs the leak:
diff /n/dump/1996/0206/sys/src/cmd/seemail/io.c .
