The PC's the department buys which can run Plan 9/Brazil are still delivered with an ISA SB-compatible card (although it only has an 8-bit DMA channel and not the 16-bit one as well). We buy the PC's from American Northstar, www.surfusa.com, you could mail Eblan Farris there (efarris@surfusa.com) and ask where they get them. We don't use sound much and haven't felt the need to invest in newer chips while we have a pile of recycled SB-16's sitting on the shelf and PC's still have ISA slots.
