Subject: [9fans] atapi cdrom without ide HDD
Date: Thu, 20 May 1999 13:04:11 +0900 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <19990520040411.6pHyyqA4650ZZ2tcip7RqcTLjECkoAcwkZrsxYUyhBo@z> (raw)
I'm getting trouble to make a new TEAC CD-532EK atapi drive,
attached to the primary IDE port without any HDDs.
( I have a SVGA card, SB16, and a nic card).
After booting up, I can recognize /dev/atapi0disk.
Then, dispatched the command
/bin/9660srv,
and got the response of
/bin/9660srv 99: serving /srv/9660
Then, I followed it by the command
mount -c /srv/9660 /n/cdrom /dev/atapi0disk,
and then, got an error message like:
/bin/9660srv 200: err stack 1: 114f 1872 3cf3 0 0 0
and 9660srv died.
What is wrong with my configuration?
Kenji
