As a result, your boot prompt may show up as root is from (il, local)[il]: rather than root is from (il, local)[local!#S/sdC0/fs]: so that typing enter gives you a kernel panic when il fails. Only the default answer is affected -- you can still type local!#S/sdC0/fs (or just l) to boot the new kernel from kfs. I just pushed out new kernels that fix this problem. Russ
