One possibility that comes to mind, though, may be to lobby the marketing people, if the engineers are willing to tell us who they are :-) Not that I don't see the futility of it, as they are probably used to dealing with giant organisations, but, typically, here in South Africa, the head of marketing is likely to be approachable. ++L
