The important points were: - /sys/lib/pcdist contains source for standalone boot disks - mk install in /sys/lib/pcdist/cmd and its subdirectories before trying to make pcflop - mk 'CONF=pcflop' 9pcflop.gz in /sys/src/9/pc before trying to make a disk - mk disk in /sys/lib/pcdist/disk to make a disk image - you'll want to edit /sys/lib/pcdist/disk/plan9.ini to suit whatever you're doing. - bug reports to 9trouble Have fun!
