The T2R4 driver has not been tested much other than with the SGI 1600SW
flat panel display (i.e. the cards we have are Revolution IV-FP cards),
so there may be problems with using other variants. I suspect you have one
of the T2R4 chips with a different DAC and we're not realing with it
properly. I don't have the manual handy to interpret your register dump
will will try to do so tomorrow.

I'm having trouble with VGA. First I got a dump, "controller not in
/lib/vga" see the first dump below. I modified lines 69 and 70 in
vgadb. Old:
