Thank you for that explanation. When I modified tcp25 I wanted to
keep the default contents so I saved it as tcp25_block. I thought
I was hiding it that way and it didn't occur to me it would be found
and used that way. I'll just move it out of /rc/bin/service to another
location in /usr/wstan.
