If that really is what you added then it's wrong, the tag in the /lib/vgadb entry should be 'ctlr', not 'ctrl'. Try just adding the line 0xC0045="S3 86C375/86C385 Video BIOS. Version 1.01.03" to the section with all the other Virge-based cards instead, e.g. after this entry: 0xC0045="S3 Savage\IX BIOS Ver. 4.02.50 - 39" # IBM Thinkpad T21 and take out the one you added. --jim
