'Beleagured'? Over here the phrase which is always trotted out is
	struggling telecoms manufacturer Lucent
Is there a word for this association of words? We see such inseparable
phrases all the time, e.g.
	upstart chip maker Transmeta
	former Panamanian strongman Manuel Noriega
