But you forgot "the best-known, most widely praised, and most
widely used programming book on the planet" (from the back
cover).

Petzold, "Programming Windows", 2.4kg

I think flowers would go best around page 1202/1203 in
the "Advanced Topics" section between "The Windows Advantage"
and "New! Improved! Now with Threads!".
