The duplexing has got to throw it off; it was my understanding from a long time ago that FD 100 Mbps negotiation had never been standardized. I don't know if that's really true or not, but if so, it could explain some of the bizarreness of these results. I don't know how common Cisco+Sun *really* is; I'm not sure that Sun is all that common anymore. - Dan C.
