in addition to using rm ./-jisho, there is another way.
all programs that parse arguments with ARGBEGIN/ARGEND
(or with unix getopt for what that's worth) stop
looking for arguments after seeing --. thus you
can say
rm -- -jisho
(or, as another example, grep -n -- '->pdb' *.[ch])
