I tried the one from :
http://www.cs.york.ac.uk/ftpdir/plan9/kbmap.tgz 03-Nov-1997
but pckbd.bod fails (kbd.c is not the original)
but seeing as it's in the "Software for the Second Edition (1995)" section
I was hoping it had made it into the main distribution by now
got a more modern URL er URI, (plus la change)
