I was thinking of adding bulgarian kbd map modifications to the
russian ones posted here couple of days ago (the differences are very
few, but they do exist)..  but because of the 'my keyboard is smaller
than yours' flamewar onset I decided to wait until we've all settled
on a standard way of doing different keyboards/alphabets in p9...

anyways, the number of bulgarian plan9 users besides me is about one
(hi, lucho :) and we're not hard-pressed to write in cyrillic all that
much :)
