1)	no, plan 9 has nothing like an su. re-login with ssh or such.
2)	you're looking for faces(1). it's mainly intended for monitoring email.
3)	easy: 'cp /dev/screen /tmp/foo ; page /tmp/foo'
4)	heh. this is harder. plan 9 lacks most of the serious work needed
	for localization. you'll find that things like error messages are always
	english (american?). it does support unicode, however, and there are
	some tools that can make typing non-latin alphabets (like russian)
	nicer (i use ktrans regularly). you might try searching the archives
	for ktrans or kbd.c. it's not a full solution by any means, but should
	help make the system useful for you.
