To select whole window: rightclick (B3) on   :,    in the tag of the window
To select line 5                    B3 on    :5                  in the tag
To select line 5 to 10              B3 on    :5,10               in the tag
to select line 5 to main            B3 on    :5,/^main           in the tag
etc.
