That's exactly why I'm asking to mention that fids are no guarantee for
resource being available -- it's entirely up to the server and client
can make no assumptions whatsoever.

Well, it would've saved me 1.5 days :( Anyway, if you consider this to be
a minor issue -- let's just forget about it.
