With the help of Russ's userlevel scaffolding, I've gotten
hardware acceleration to work on my NeoMagic MagicGraph
128XD (IBM Thinkpad 600).  I'm not sure if it works with
other neomagic chipsets (although the drivers I looked
at seemed to indicate so) and it doesn't work at 24 bpp,
but for my purposes, it's complete.  Anyway, here's the
changed vganeomagic.c.
