Writing aux/timesync -r $TIMESYNCGMT -a $TIMESYNCACCURACY would let us set TIMESYNCGMT in termrc.local. A similar environment variable, $USEDHCP say, could control how ipconfig is launched. I do wish rc had non-env variables, because otherwise these things leak into /env.
