It's hell of a time consuming task to download 70Megs, so I'm hoping someone else can confirm that the URL I posted in fact would fetch a newer version. One way or another I'm flummoxed. I use wget to submit a GET request: extract the URL for plan9-new.iso.bz2 from the returned document and submit that for collection. I forced wget to perform the fetch and the result was disappointing. A newer URL is the one I posted. And, yes, I suppose a public forum is an ugly place to post these things :-( ++L
