Appologies - I have had such a nightmare of spam and viruses recently I have taken to adding "nospam" to my email
address when posting to 9fans.

I am now down to a rate of 6/5/10/35 per day(9fans/friends+work/viruses/spam). A great improvement
from on a month ago of 22/7/450/75.
