        FILE1 -nt FILE2
FILE1 is newer (modification date) than FILE2

        FILE1 -ot FILE2

I kept needing the following so I figured I might as well add it
to test:

New binary operator -older as in

	test file -older time

returns successfully if the file is older than time. If the time
is an integer followed by a unit, it represents a time before the
current time. For example

	test file -older 1d13h10m

means `is file older than 1 day, 3 hours, 10 minutes?'

If there are no units, it represents an absolute time in seconds
since epoch.
