Anyway, what's wrong with Blood Sausage? There are other cultures that have the same - notably certain parts of Italy. The real problem with Black Pudding is the variable quality, due to not many people consuming it, and changes in (EU) rules governing it's production. It's almost impossible to get decent Black Pudding in the south of the county. Try it from Lancashire and futher north. DF
