Hello, all, from Russia!
On this, the 20th aniversary of my great country's first entry to the Internet, I wish to thank all members of this network for their continued support, comments, and opinions. As we had hoped, our presence on the internet has been a force for a positive exchange of ideas. This very kremvax proved very important in the support of our country in 1991. Truely this has been a positive force for all involved.
Sadly, our VAX system, donated so many years ago by some in the Western world who were interested in the truth and exchange of ideas, is not able to meet the current needs for exchanging ideas. As we have become familiar with VAX hardware very much, we seek to continue to use such venerable architecture. But the system needs more "horsespower", so we have aquired much more! We are making Plan 9 run on these systems to help them work together, much as we have found the Internet helpful for. In the further interest of colaboration, we welcome any who wish to help in this effort.
I invite everyone to sit back an open a new flask of vodka - or beer or wine! - to celebrate the last remarkable 20 years!
