The idea is that outgoing messages from a mailing list will arrange
for the envelope to say who each message was intended for, so bounces
can be reliably identified. (Knowing which bouncing subscription to
unsubscribe is effectively impossible otherwise, given forward files
and list exploders and whatnot.)
The header should be vanilla, though. Where did you see that one?
