I added a report page for the twente 9con to the wiki.

Unfortunately, I only did this after some days had passed,
and noticed I had actually taken just a few notes.
As a result the page is rather sketchy.
All attendees are kindly invited to add to it
what they remember (or wrote down) of the 9con.
